While automatic pharmacy refills can often make managing medications easier, they can sometimes cause problems if your dose changes or a medication is stopped. This can lead to extra medication at home, accidental misuse, or unnecessary costs. To help keep your care safe, we ask that all refill requests come directly through our office.

We believe that medication refill requests should come directly from our patients rather than from the pharmacy.

Because you and your provider understand your treatment plan best, this approach ensures your medication needs are managed safely and appropriately.

Requesting a Refill

Patients can request a refill by completing our website contact form and selecting the Medical Refill Department, or by calling our Prescription Refill Line at 219-793-1233 and choosing option 6. Please leave a message with your medication name and pharmacy information. Refill requests may take 24–48 hours to process.

Please note that medication refills are only processed during regular office hours. Requests sent after hours or on weekends will be reviewed the next business day.
